If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, you will need to mail it back to us and once we receive it we will be happy to send a new item.  This is very imperative and mandatory!** WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON ANY ITEMS.  THEY WILL BE REPLACED OR EXCHANGED.  PLEASE UNDERSTAND THERE IS NO EXCEPTIONS.
